摘 要:通过测量不同印釉的粘度、沉降度性能,并采用表面红外技术(ATR)、X射线衍射(XRD)测试方法,研究了印油与色料的适配性。研究结果表明:不同的色料制备出的印釉的粘度、沉降度不同,但是不影响印釉的使用。ATR与XRD研究结果表明,聚乙二醇类印油与色料未加热处理前不发生化学反应,印油与色料的作用为物理包覆,印油不影响色料的本质结构,适配合适。The matching of poly(ethylene glycol) squeegee oil with pigments and glazes was researched by detecting different kinds of printed glaze viscosity and the subsidence. The matching mechanism was also analyzed by attenuated total reflection spectra(ATR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results showed that different printed glaze had different viscosity and subsidence, but these had no influence on the application of the printed glaze. The results of ATR and XRD showed that there was no chemistry reaction happened between the poly (ethylene glycol) squeegee oil and the pigment before it was heated. The squeegee oil wrapped in the pigment and glaze, and it had no effect on the self-structure of the pigment. The poly ( ethylene glycol) squeegee oil was suitable for different pigments.
