摘 要:对纯PTT织物进行常规碱冷轧堆精练、碱减量及预热定形等前处理加工,测试其性能的变化。结果表明,PTT织物在常温下具有较好的耐碱性,对PTT与棉等纤维的多组分复合纺织物,采用烧碱浓度为100g/L的碱冷轧堆精练加工,可以保证织物断裂强力、刚柔性等性能不受影响;PTT纤维的碱减量率低于PET纤维;150℃预热定形后,PTT织物的碱减量率比未热定形的织物明显降低;选择适当的温度和拉伸比进行热定形,可提高PTT织物的断裂强力和弹性回复率,但其延伸性变差。The processing of conventional cold pad-batch scouring, alkali deweighting and heat setting of pure PTT (polytrimethylene terephthalate) fabric was carried out, and the change of its property was tested. The result showed that PTT fabric featured good resistance to alkali. Alkali scouring with cold pad-batch method was adopted to multi-component fiber of PTT and cotton with the concentration of caustic soda 100 g/L without influence on breaking strength, stiffness and resilience of the fabric. The alkali-deweighting ratio of PTT fiber was lower than that of PET fiber. After pre-setting at 150 ℃, the alkali deweighting ratio of PTT fiber was clearly decreased compared with the fabric without heat-setting. The breaking strength and resilient-elasticity recovery of PTT fabric can be increased under suitable temperature and drawing ratio during heat setting, but its dilatability took worse.
