摘　　要：介绍了练漂复合剂PC-101的性能和工作原理，通过试验，该练漂复合剂在牛奶蛋白纤维／棉织物上的适用条件：用量1-2g／L，温度95℃，时间40min；处理后织物毛效高、白度好、失重少、染色均匀，并解决了手感硬的问题。此外还分析了练漂过程出现的问题。In this paper, the mechanism and property of scouring and bleaching agent PC-1 were introduced. The dosage, tem perature and time of PC-1 applied to scouring and bleaching of milk protein fiber/cotton fabric were discussed. The suitable condition of PC-1 was settled as follows： dosage 1 - 2 g/L,temperature 95 ℃,time 40 rain. As a result, the treated fabric featured high capillary effect, good whiteness, less loss of fabric weight, levelness of dyeing, soft handle. In addition, problems in bleaching and scouring and their solutions were analyzed and presented.
