摘  要:炼胶设备是橡胶企业必备的通用设备,也是橡胶企业用电量最大的设备。连续混炼技术是炼胶的省能途径。本文从固体输送和黏流体输送的理论计算入手说明了连续混炼的省能情况。另外,根据实际的装机容量进行经验计算并进一步说明其省能情况。通过理论计算和经验计算得到了连续混炼省能的结论,其比间歇混炼省能约为40%。Mixing equipment is the general equipment in the rubber enterprise, also is the rubber enterprise uses the electric quantity biggest equipment. Continuously mixing technology is the way to save energy. This article related the fluid transportation from the solid transportation by the theoretical calculation to obtain showed continuously mixing to save energy. Moreover, carries on the experience computation according to the actual installed capacity and further explains its energy saving to be able the situation, it mixing compared to the intermittence mixing, the continually mixing can save energy 40% approximately.
