摘　　要：自2005年水利部按照《水法》的要求颁布实施《入河排污口监督管理办法》以来,各流域机构及全国大部分省(自治区、直辖市)水利(水务)厅(局),组织开展了入河排污口普查、登记和监督管理工作,取得了初步的工作成果。这一工作为今后开展流域水资源保护工作奠定了基础,也为深入开展水资源保护宏观决策提供了可靠依据。Since the enforcement of Management Methods on Monitoring of Pollution Receiving Rivers in accordance with the Water Law by the Ministry of Water Resources in 2005, general surveys, register and monitoring are conducted by river basin commissions and water resources departments in most provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities, and great achievements have been made. The method provides a solid base for the control of pollution discharge into rivers, monitoring of water function zone and water resources protection of river basins in the future, as well as decision-making in water resources protection.
