关于学生课外活动的类型及其作用分析

摘　　要：课外活动既是学生学习生活的重要组成部分,也是学校培养人才的重要载体之一.从分析学校课外活动的涵义与特征入手,提出了按照其内容和作用的不同将学校学生课外活动分为思想政治与道德素养类课外活动、学术科技与创新创业类课外活动、文化艺术与身心发展类课外活动、社会实践与志愿服务类课外活动、社团活动与技能培训类课外活动等五大类,并在此基础上阐述了课外活动在校园文化建设、人才培养等方面的作用.Extra-curriculum activities are both important part of students＇ college life and one of the important carriers of talent cultivation of schools. This paper starts with an analysis on the connotations and charactofistics of extra-curriculum activities, and then puts forward dividing students＇ extra-curriculum activities into five categories in terms of contents and effects, namely, ideological and moral extra-curriculum activities, academic and innovative extra-curriculum activities, culture and arts and metal development extra-curriculum activities, social practice and volunteering extra-curriculum activities, and community and skilltraining extra-curriculum activities. Finally, this paper expatiates on the effects of extra-curriculum activities on the construction of campus cultures and talent training.
