摘  要:文章对超声波增强微粒嵌入多孔材料的机理作了简单阐述,然后用孔径为0.15μm的多孔滤膜为模型材料,分别将其置于两种频率的超声波场中,取三种不同的膜片与超声波换能器的距离以及五种不同的静水压力,分别对液体透过微孔滤膜的渗透量进行测量,并与无超声波作用时的数据进行对比,得出超声波对通过多孔材料的渗透率确实有增强作用。最后用超声波对毛织物进行纳米整理,通过扫描电镜观察到本文设想是可行的。The mechanism of embedding enhancement of particles into porous material with ultrasonic is expounded. In this paper, wool fabric was simulated by porous filtration membrane with the aperture of 0.15μm. The membranes were placed on the set with three different distances from ultrasonic transducer, affected by five different hydraulic pressure grads and ultrasonic fields with frequency of 28 kHz and 40 kHz separately. Through measuring the penetrability and comparing the data with that measured without the effect of ultrasonic, it was proved that the penetrability of porous material can be enhanced by ultrasonic, and the enhancement was determined by ultrasonic frequency, distance between membrane and transducer and hydraulic pressure. Finally, a nano wool fabric was produced with ultrasonic, and the accuracy of our view can be seen from its scanning electronic microscope.
