摘　　要：目的:了解护理干预对鼻咽癌(NPC)患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:对NPC患者住院时及出院半年后进行护理干预,通过电话随访、定期复查等方式了解患者依从性的状况。结果:患者入院时与出院后掌握NPC知识、生活习惯、康复锻炼、疼痛支持依从性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过电话随访、病友座谈会与患者保持及时联系,缩短护患之间的距离,改善患者生存质量,提高了生存率。Objective： To understand the influence of nursing interference on therapetic compliance of patients with NPC. Methods： Through telephone follow- up survey, periodic reexamination and readmission, continuously nursing interference was applied to the patients with NPC so that compliance can be understand. Results： There is significantly difference（P 〈 0.01） on therapeutic compliance of patients with NPC between prehospitalization and half year of discharge. Conclusion： Through telephone follow- up survey, patients＇ meeting, we can directly communicate with patients, shorten the distance between nurses and patient, improve living quality, which leads to the increasing of survival rate.
