摘　　要：P16INK4 a基因是一种抑癌基因,以其为主导的信号通路在细胞衰老周期调控中具有重要作用。本文综述了有关P16INK4A基因及中医药抗衰老研究的进展,主张从肾虚入手探索中医药抗衰老的作用并揭示中医药在有关信号通路方面的影响。P16^INK4A is one kind of cancer -suppressor genes and regulates the signal pathway which plays an important role in cell senescence. The paper reviewed some progress related to P16^INK4a and anti -aging of TCM in research, proposed that the effects of anti - aging of TCM should be explored based on TCM theory of kidney, and further elucidated the effect of TCM on related signal pathway.
