摘　　要：从职业生涯的心理学理论出发,分析高校图书馆员职业生涯中存在的主要问题,最后指出职业生涯的心理学理论对图书馆进行职业生涯开发与管理的启示。An analysis based on psychological theories is made on the major problems existing in the professional career of librarians. The enlightenment of psychological theories on the development and management of professional career of librarians is also pointed out.
