电针对中风偏瘫的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨电针治疗中风偏瘫的效果。方法将70例中风患者随机分为2组,治疗组与对照组均选用相同穴位,每日一次,治疗组加穴位通电进行治疗。以简式的Fugl-Meyer运动量表和Barthel指数为指标进行评定。结果治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗中风偏瘫更有利于中风患者的运动功能和日常生活能力的恢复。Objective To discuss the curative effect of electroacupuncture for patients with hemiplagia after apoplexy. Methods 70 patients with hemiplagia after apoplexy were randomly divided into 2 groups：the treatment group and the control group. Routine acupuncture was given to both groups with same points, once a day, while electroacupuncture was added to the treatment group. The assessment of the curative effect was made with brief Fugl-Meyer motor scale and Barthel＇s ADL. Results The curative effect in the treatment group was significantly superior th that in the control group. Conclusions Eiectroacupuncture is better for patients with hemiplagia after apoplexy in rehabilitation of movement function and daily living （ADL）.
