内痔、混合痔1523例冷冻治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察液氮冷冻治疗内痔、混合痔的疗效。方法应用液氮冷冻治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期内痔及混合痔1523例。结果冷冻疗法对内痔、混合痔引起的出血,肛门坠胀感的治疗有效率100%,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期内痔、混合痔治愈率分别为100%(374/374),93.1%(299/321),73.2%(167/228),75.2%(406/540)。结论冷冻治疗方法简单、见效较快、治愈率高,且具有术后不改变肛门结构的一种有效的方法。Objective To observe the curative effect of the cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen refrigeration for internal hemorrhoid and mixed hemorrhoid. Methods The cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen refrigeration was performed to 1523 cases with internal hemorrhoid at Stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ and mixed hemorrhoid. Results The effective rate was 100% and the cure rates of internal hemorrhoid at Stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ and mixed hemorrhoid were 100% （374/374） ,93. 1% （299/321 ） ,73.2% （167/228） and 75.2% （406/540）respectively. Conclusion Cryotherapy is of simple manipulation, quick revovery and high.
