摘  要:我国目前开发的大量低渗、特低渗复杂油层及大部分再次挖掘开发的老油田(重复压裂),单靠水力压裂、酸化压裂等技术措施的有效率已越来越低,而且成本不断增加。开发研究了强脉冲-酸化压裂(同步)复合工艺技术,其作用特点是把高能气体压裂技术与酸化工艺(同步)复合,促使地层深部裂缝得到酸化,扩大地层有效酸化范围。从作用原理上首先进行强脉冲压裂,在地层产生多条裂缝,然后直接进行酸化压裂,使新产生的多裂缝得到酸化处理;强脉冲和酸化压裂同步复合,在强脉冲压裂装置下到设计位置后,先挤完酸液,然后再进行强脉冲压裂,在地层产生多条裂缝的同时,把酸直接挤入地层裂缝,进一步扩大地层的有效酸化范围。介绍了在油田现场进行试验应用的情况。Low-permeability oil & gas, one third of which has been developed, is above fifty percent of overall oil resource in china. With low or very low permeability reservoir, the common transform layer technology efficiency is low, and the cost increases continuously. In order to solve the problems, composite technology of strong multiple pulses loading fracture -acidification(in-phase) complex technique is put forward. The effecting principle, characteristics, forms and field application of it are presented. The development tendency of the study on technology and its application are discussed. The application of technology will improve the development condition of the low or very low permeability reservoir and the low-pressure and low-output oil reservoirs. It has an extensive popularization and application prospect.
