摘　　要：科技文化的生成和发展有着深刻的社会发展前提和社会生活背景。它是科学技术摆脱了粗陋原始状态获得高度发展的社会条件下的产物。这些社会条件包括:以机器大生产为基础的工业化生产方式、以价值增值为追求目标的发达的市场经济、合理化的制度安排和普遍化的社会交往等。正是科技文化与其生成和发展的社会条件的这种良性运转和超循环上升,勾画了人类社会从野蛮走向文明的轨迹。The growth and development of scientific and technological culture has deep presupposition and background, which results in the full development that science and technology breaks away from primitive conditions. These conditions contain 4 chief aspects： 1. the industrialized mode of production based on big machinery production. 2. the developed market economy aimed on seeking profits. 3. the rationalized institution arrangement. 4. the universal social communication.
