摘 要:由于各种不确定性因素的影响,采用可靠度理论进行水工钢闸门的安全性评估和寿命预测是十分有必要的。为此,从水工钢闸门设计规范修编和钢闸门安全度评估及寿命预测两方面阐述了水工钢闸门可靠度研究的意义。根据钢闸门可靠度分析的特点提出了水工钢闸门可靠度分析的流程图,并分别从钢闸门的安全性(荷载的统计参数、抗力的统计参数、钢闸门可靠度校准及分项系数的确定、钢闸门动力可靠度分析)、适用性和耐久性(现役钢闸门可靠度评估、现役钢闸门寿命预测、现役钢闸门疲劳可靠度分析)等方面,详细地评述了国内外水工钢闸门可靠度研究的主要成果和进展。最后讨论了钢闸门可靠度研究要解决的主要问题和今后的研究方向。Due to many uncertainties in safety evaluation of hydraulic steel gates, it is necessary that the safety evaluation and life prediction of hydraulic steel gates are conducted using the reliability theory. Therefore the importance of reliability analysis for hydraulic steel gates is clarified from reliability-based code revision, and reliability-based safety evaluation and life prediction for hydraulic steel gates. Based on the characteristics of reliability evaluation and a review of reliability analysis for hydraulic gates, a flow chart of reliability analysis for hydraulic steel gates is proposed. Moreover the recent advances and main results of reliability analysis for hydraulic steel gates are introduced from safety including load parameters, resistance parameters, reliability calibration and determination of partial factors and reliability analysis of dynamic behaviour for hydraulic gates, and from serviceability and durability including safety evaluation and life prediction for existing hydraulic steel gates, and fatigue reliability evaluation of hydraulic steel gates. Some key problems are pointed out for reliability analysis of hydraulic steel gates.
