摘  要:目的探讨叶绿素在盆腔淋巴清扫术中的应用价值。方法在14只狗的睾丸或子宫角处注射叶绿素溶液,注射后2,4,6,8,12,24,48,72,120h分别取其腰淋巴结作光、电镜观察,并按相同时间抽取股静脉血作叶绿素浓度测定。对23例宫颈癌患者,术前随机分为宫颈注射叶绿素组13例和对照组10例,术中观察记录盆腔淋巴结的显色摘除情况,并取显色淋巴结作组织切片,显微镜观察。结果狗腰淋巴结在注射叶绿素后约8min开始显色,显色可持续120h。叶绿素注射4h后,其在血液中的浓度最高为360.65μg/ml,24h后血液测不到叶绿素。宫颈癌病人淋巴结染色组,盆腔淋巴结平均摘除31.88±3.33个,所用时间为57min;对照组22.5±3.89个,所用时间为74min。结论宫颈注射叶绿素显示盆腔淋巴结,可提高淋巴结清除率并缩短手术时间。Objective To explore the significance of chlorophyll in pelvic lymphadenectomy. Method The lumbar lymph nodes were taken out and observed by light microscope, the concentration of chlorophyll in the blood was measured 2, 4, 6, 8,12, 24,48, 72, 120 hrs after chlorophyll was injected into the testis or uterine corn of 14 dogs. 23 patients with uterine cervical carcinoma were divided into staining group( 13 cases) in which Chlorophll solution was injected into uterine cervix and nostaining group (10 cases) randomly. The number of the resected nodes and resecting time were counted. The sections of the nodes were stained by HE and observed by light and tramsimition electron microscope. Results The concentration of chlorophyll in the blood reached the peak value(360.65 μg/nd) 4 hours after injection of chlorophyll, but no chlorophyll was found 24 hours after injection. The lymph nodes were stained 8 minutes after ingection. The average number of the resected lymph nodes was 31.38 ± 3.33 in chlorophyll injection patients with uterine cervical carcinoma, 22.5 ± 3. 89 in no chlorophyll injection patients with cervical carcinoma (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Injecting chlorephyll into uterine cervix is useful for increasing the rate of the resected lymph nodes.
