摘　　要：目的：探讨在B超引导下手动型一次性官腔组织吸引管终止早早孕的临床应用价值。方法：选择要求终止妊娠的妇女32例，停经时间31～40天，B超提示胚囊直径为0．5-1．5cm。选用医用高分子塑料制成的手动型一次性官腔组织吸引管终止妊娠。结果：除1例患者外均无须扩宫颈，漏吸率为0，不全流产1例，术后出血率明显下降，出血量均〈月经量。结论：本组使人工流产时间提前10天，在超声引导下进行手术成功率高；吸管直径小，进入宫腔不需扩宫颈，术中痛苦少、出血少，可作为终止早早孕安全有效的方法用于临床。Objective： To explore the value of clinical applications guided by ultrasonography of manual one - time uterine cavity organizations sucker in terminating pregnancy in initial stage. . Methods： 32 cases who chose to terminate pregnancy in initial stage were studied. They were out of menstruation for 30 - 40 days and embryo were as big as 0. 5 - 1. 5 cm in diameter. Manual one - time uterine cavity organizations sucker was made of medical plastic of high polymer. Results： Except for one case all the others doesnt need to expand cervical under operation and success rate to absorb embryo was 100%, and bleeding after operation dropped obviously lesser than menses blood. However, one case aborted partially. Conclusion： The abortion can be made 10 days in advance compared with traditional operation. The abortion by absorption, guided by ultrasonography, has achieved a higher success rate. As the sucker is a tiny tube, it can be inserted into cervical easily with no need to expand. It also causes less pain and bleeding during operation. Neither does it require anesthesia, yet safe and effective. It can be used in the clinical practice as a safe and effective means to terminate pregnancy in initial stage.
