摘　　要：目的:探讨一种创面修复的理想方法。方法:应用制式扩张器或自制简易扩张器进行术中即时扩张,用扩张出的“额外”皮肤修复各种创面。结果:33例患者的创面全部Ⅰ期缝合,愈合良好,外形满意。结论:皮肤软组织整复术中即时扩张是修复创面的好方法,美容效果好。Objective To introduce a new method of repairing wound surface. Methods Using normal or selfmade skin expander, intraoperative sustained skin expansion was done so as to gain ＂additional＂ tissue for covering wound surface. Results The wound surface in 33 cases were primary sutured in operation and healed well. The appearance were good. Conclusion Intraoperative sustained skin expansion is a good choice for wound surface repairing, and the aesthetic results are satisfactory.
