摘　　要：目的:探索经下睑缘切口行睑袋切除同期鱼尾纹除皱术的可行性。方法:经下睑缘切口行睑袋切除术的同时,将外眦部眶部眼轮匝肌楔形切除一部分,以消除鱼尾纹形成的动力因素。结果:25例受术者经6个月至一年随访,睑袋、下睑皱纹及鱼尾纹消除满意,表情活动时鱼尾纹不明显,面部年轻化效果明显。结论:该方法设计合理,切口隐蔽、创伤小,手术效果良好,适用于睑裂周围老化型患者。Objective Exploration feasibility the technique that union execution Iowen blepharoplasty and. fish tail wrinkles facelift pass the Iowen eyelid margin cut. Methods Through the Iowen eyelid margin cut, execution Iowen blepharoplasty, at the same time, the musculue orbicularis oculi of lateral canthus on eye socket will excised wedge one part, the form fish tail power factor will by eliminated. Results 25 patients are made a follow-up visit the technique after 6 months to one year, blepharodermachalasis, Iowen eyelid wrinkle and fish tail wrinkle elimination satisfaction, when expression activity the fish tail grain is not obvious, the face young effect is obvious. Conclusion This methods design is reasonable, novel, the margin hiding. And the wound is small, the operating effect is good, is suitable gets the patients of eyelid periphery ageing.
