摘  要:目的:观察复方银杏丹参颗粒对异丙肾上腺素(ISO)致大鼠心肌损伤的影响。方法:采取大鼠皮下注射ISO(8 mg/kg)致急性心肌损伤模型,观察复方银杏丹参颗粒对大鼠注射ISO后不同时间J点下降情况,以及对血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果:复方银杏丹参颗粒35 g/kg、10.5 g/kg能明显抑制ISO引起的大鼠心电图J点下降,提高大鼠血清SOD活性、降低血清CK、LDH、MDA水平。结论:复方银杏丹参颗粒对ISO致大鼠心肌损伤模型具有明显保护作用。Objective: To observe the effect of Yinxing-Danshen Granule on myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoprenaline in rats, Methods:Rat myocardial ischemia was induced by subcutaneous injection of isoprenaline (8 mg/ kg). The descent of J point at different time after injecting isoprenaline were examined, and the serum creatine kinase (CK) ,lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), superoxide dismutase (SOD)and malondial dehyde (MDA)were detected. Result: Yinxing-Danshen Granule(35 g/kg, 10.5 g/kg) can obviously inhibit descent of J point in rat myocardial ischemia induced by isoprenaline, enhance serum SOD activity, and inhibit the activities of serum CK, LDH, and MDA. Conclusion: Yinxing-Danshen Granule may obviously ameliorate myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoprenaline in rat.
