摘　　要：目的了解四川省西昌市静脉吸毒人群艾滋病疫苗临床试验接种意愿情况。方法于2004年11～12月，调查艾滋病病毒血清抗体阴性的静脉吸毒者99人，内容包括社会人口学、高危吸毒和性行为、参加艾滋病疫苗临床试验的接种意愿及其动机、可能带来的好处和担心。结果在调查的99名静脉吸毒人群中，57．6％的人明确表示愿意参加艾滋病疫苗临床试验。多因素Logistic回归模型分析结果显示，家庭支持参加今后的艾滋病疫苗临床试验（OR，9．45；95％CI，3．48～25．68）和担心由于参加艾滋病疫苗临床试验他人不愿意与之来往（OR，0．35；95％CI，0．13～0．97）与艾滋病疫苗接种意愿的关系有统计学意义。结论需开展艾滋病疫苗临床试验接种的社区健康教育来提高其接种意愿，为我国开展大规模艾滋病疫苗临床试验做好准备。Objective Willingness to participate in HIV/AIDS vaccine trials and associated factors were investigated in IDUs recruited from cohort study in Xichang county of Sichuan, China. Methods From November to December, 2004, a cross- sectional survey was conducted to investigate socio - demographic characteristics on the baseline, direct and indirect sharing of injection equipments in the past three months and sexual behaviors in the past six months visit and willingness data were collected during the second visit of a longitudinal cohort study. Willingness questionnaire items included concerns regarding trial participation and opinions regarding possible incentives for vaccine trial participation, as well as agreement to participate in a randomized trial. Results A total of 99 IDUs were investigated 57.6% of the respondents reported they would ＂definitely＂ join an HIV/AIDS vaccine trial.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed my family may not want me to take part （ OR, 9.9,5; 95% CI, 3.48 -25.68） and concerns about social discrimination （ OR, 0.35; 95% CI, 0. 13 - 0.97） was independent associated with willingness to participate among drug users, respectively. Conclusion Willingness to participate was related to concerns about family pressure and social discrimination that might result from participation. Steps must be taken to alleviate fears and misconceptions associated with HIV/AIDS vaccines before Phase HIV/ AIDS vaccine is initiated.
