摘  要:目的:研究氨哮素对防治失神经支配肌肉萎缩的作用。方法:切除SD大鼠左侧坐骨神经0.5cm,不作处理,缝合伤口。实验组给予内含氨哮素(2mg/kg)的合成饲料,对照组给以一般的合成饲料。2周后,对实验组、对照组两侧的比目鱼肌及趾长伸肌,进行肌张力、肌湿重、蛋白质含量和肌纤维截面积的测定。结果:实验组失神经支配比目鱼肌的肌湿重和蛋白质含量较对照组明显增加,趾长伸肌无明显改变。实验组有神经支配比目鱼肌的肌湿重和蛋白质含量无变化,而趾长伸肌有轻度增加。肌肉单收缩力和最大强直收缩力、肌纤维的截面积与上述改变相对应。结论:氨哮素对成年大鼠失神经肌肉,有抑制肌萎缩的作用。<Abatract>Objective: To investigate the effect of clenbuterol on denervated muscle. Methods: 0.5 cm of left side of sciatic nerve was cut in rats. Clenbuterol was feed in experimental group. The protein content, wet weight, tension and cross-section area of both sides of soleus (SOL) and extensor digitorum longus (EDL) were examined . Results: The total protein content and the wet weight of the experimental denervated SOL obviously increased compared with the control, but those of the denervated EDL did not change. The protein content and wet weight of innervated EDL slightly increased while those of the innervated SOL did not changed. These changes were reflected in twitch tension, maximum tetanic tension and mean cross-section area of the 'muscle fibers. Conclusions: Clenbuterol inhibit atrophy of denervated muscles in adult rats.
