摘 要:目的观察糖尿病对畸变产物耳声发射(distortion product otoacoustic emissions,DPOAE)的影响。方法选择听力正常的糖尿病患者及正常者各30例进行 DPOAE 的检测,对其结果进行对照比较。结果糖尿病患者的 DPOAE 幅值在1560~8837Hz 出现下降,其中在2211、3125、4416、6250、8837Hz 均有统计学意义。结论糖尿病早期即可引起 DPOAE 幅值下降,且随着时间的延长呈继续下降趋势。Purpose To observe the effects of diabetes mellitus on amplitude of distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) .Methods Thirty diabetic patients with normal hearing and 30 age- and sex-matched healthy people as control were collected in this study. The amplitude of DPOAE was measured and the data were calculated in the two groups.Results The amplitude of DPOAE in diabetic patients decreased in 1 560-8 837 Hz and had statistical significant difference at 2 211,3 125, 4 416,6 250 and 8 837 Hz compared with the control group.Conclusion The amplitude of DPOAE could decrease in the early stage of diabetes mellitus, and the amplitude is decreasing with the duration of the disease.
