摘  要:以5个萝卜品系为材料探讨了不同培养方式、激素与基因型对花药愈伤组织诱导的影响.结果表明固液双层培养较固体与液体培养效果好,0.2mg/L2,4-D与4.0mg/LKT+0.2mg/LNAA对花药愈伤诱导率较高,4.0mg/LKT+0.2mg/LNAA的激素组合愈伤组织生长快,NAA为2.0mg/L时根分化明显,各种激素处理均未见芽的分化.5个品系中NAU-Yb-03与NAU-Dy-13-03对激素反应较为敏感;NAU-Dq-03在所有的处理中均未见愈伤组织的形成.Five advanced lines were employed in researching the effect of different culture methods, hormones and genotypes on the induction of anther calli in radish. The results showed that liquid/solid bi-layer culture medium was better than liquid medium and solid medium, and when the concentration of 2, 4-D was 0. 2 mg/L or the concentration of KT and NAA was 4.0 mg/L and 0. 2 mg/L, respectively, the higher ratio of anther calli induction was obtained. The calli grew fast on the medium supplemented with 4.0 mg/L KT and 0. 2 mg/L NAA. The roots obviously differentiated from it when NAA was 2.0 mg/L, but shoots were not obtained in all treatments. Of the five lines, "NAU-Yb-03" and "NAU-Dy-13-03" were more sensitive to hormones than the others, and anther calli could not been induced from all treatments in "NAU-Dq-03".
