桃核承气汤防治糖尿病及其并发症研究概况及展望

摘　　要：目的:总结桃核承气汤防治糖尿病及其并发症的研究成果,提出进一步研究方向。方法:总结近20年来研究桃核承气汤防治糖尿病及其并发症的研究成果,从临床研究及实验研究2个方面进行分析,指出不足,提出进一步的研究方向。结论:桃核承气汤防治糖尿病及其并发症的临床及实验研究,已取得了不少成绩,初步明确了其防治糖尿病及其并发症的有效组分。存在的不足主要集中在研究层次不清、复方药理学研究不足、并发症的研究不够全面等,应是今后研究的方向。Objective： To summarize and look forward to the research findings on the prevention and cure of diabetes mellitus and its complications by the decoction of peach kernel for activating qi. Methods ： We make a summary about the research findings on the prevention and cure of diabetes mellitus and its complications by the decoction of peach kernel for activating qi in recent 20 years. We analyzed them from both clinic and experimental aspects. Then we pointed out the deficiency and further research direction. Results： Result showed that there was quite a good deal of success in the prevention and cure of diabetes mellitus and its complications by the decoction of peach kernel for activating qi. The active component of this decoction for the prevention and cure of diabetes lnellitus and its complications was initially definite. As to the deficiencies, it focused on unclear depth, lacking of pharmacological research on compound medicines and less study on complications. All this need further efforts in the future.
