中药乌木胶囊镇痛抗炎药理作用评价

摘　　要：采用小鼠热板镇痛、小鼠扭体镇痛、小鼠毛细血管通透性、小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀、大鼠慢性肉芽肿等方法,对中药复方制剂乌木胶囊进行了镇痛抗炎药理作用评价。结果表明乌木胶囊确有镇痛抗炎的药理作用,但其镇痛作用不如西药非甾体抗炎药酮洛芬,其抗急慢性炎症作用优于酮洛芬。Objective ： To evaluate the analgesic and anti - inflammatory effect of Wumu capsule. Methods ： The method that hot plate analgesia in mice, mice writhing analgesia, capillary permeability in mice, mice ear swelling induced by xylene and Chronic granulomatous in rat were used in this study. Results： and conclusion： The Wumu capsule do have the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. However, its analgesic effect is weaker than ketoprofen （ NSAIDs）, while its anti- inflammatory effect is much more than ketoprofen.
