摘　　要：《松峰说疫》为著名清代医家刘奎的代表作之一,该书继承了《温疫论》的大部分学术思想,同时又加以发挥和补充,首创了三疫说、“避瘟方”同时还对治疗疫病的药物加以补充和修正,在治疗瘟疫症方面独树一帜。深入的研究其中的治法及其方药,可以为发挥中国传统医学在预防现代急性烈性传染病中提供一些思路。SongFengShuoYi is one of the representative work for LIU Kui who was a famous doctor in Qing dynasty. Having inherited most academic thought of WenYiLun , Liu Kui supplemented many his own thought in the book including： initiated SanYiShuo , BiWenFang and supplemented and amended the medicine of curing epidemic diseases etc. Thorough studying the substance of this book can maybe provide many new healing and empodistic methods for modern doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in the modern acute violent infectious disease.
