三白草中总黄酮醇提工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:选择提取三白草中总黄酮的最佳方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度外法测定总黄酮含量,并且利用正交实验法对影响三白草提取效果的因素进行了研究。结果:总黄酮最佳提取工艺为以药材粉碎过20目筛后,加20倍量70%乙醇回流4h提取2次,第1次加12倍量乙醇,提取2h,第2次加8倍量乙醇,提取2h。结论:该方法可用于三白草中总黄酮的提取。Objective： To optimize extracting parameters of total flavonoids from Saururus chinensis （Lour） Bail Methods： The total favoniods was detenmined by UV spectrophotometry, and use the orthogonal design as guided by the conent of flavonoids in Saururus chinensis（Lour） Bail present in the extract, Results： The best condition of extraction was decided ： reflux extraction with the 20 - fold 70% alcohol for 2 times, 2 hours for each time, 12 - fold alcohd for the first time,and 8- fold alcohol for the second time. Conclusion. This method can be used for the extraction of the total flavonoid in Saururus chinensis（Lout） Bail,
