补肾通脉汤治疗冠心病疗效观察

摘　　要：冠心病是中老年人常见病、多发病,属中医胸痹,心痛范畴,为本虚标实之证。中医认为其发病与肾虚有关,肾虚伴随着衰老,衰老伴随着疾病,因此胸痹是以肾虚为本,血瘀、寒凝、痰浊为标。拟补肾通脉汤补肾益气活血通脉,标本兼治,心肾同治,临床观察87例,治疗组48例,总有效率90%;对照组39例,总有效率70%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),说明补肾通脉汤治疗冠心病有效。Coronary heart disease is common illness and frequently occurring illness of middle aged. It belongs to thoracic obstruction or cardiodynia of traditional Chinese medicine and it is a symptom - complex of asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality. Practitioner of Chinese medicine presume that its invasion related to renal deficiency. Renal deficiency accompany ageing and ageing accompany sickness. Therefore, renal deficiency is origin and blood stasis, cold coagulation, expectoration are symbolize. We imitate Bushentongmai soup to invigotate the kidney, prmoting blood flow, promotion of blood ccirculation. It is treating origin and symbolize together and treating heart and kidney together. We observed 87 cases （treatment group 48 cases and control group 39 cases）. Total effective rate is 90% and 70% respectively. Tow groups obviously difrent from each other （ P 〈 0.05）. It is effectual to treat coronary heart disease with Bushentongmai soup.
