中药治疗心律失常性室性早搏疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中药早搏方对心律失常性室早的疗效。方法:将45例心律失常性室早的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服早搏方汤剂,对照组口服稳心颗粒冲剂。用药3周为1个疗程,共2个疗程。从中医临床症状、心电图及治疗结果3方面比较。结论:两组结果均能改善心律失常性室早,但中药早搏方的疗效优越于稳心颗粒(P<0.05)。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Chinese native medicine formula for Arrhythmogenic ventricular premature beats. Methods： To divide 45 patients with Arrhythmogenic ventricular premature beats at random into two groups： treatment group and control group. The treatment group takes soup decoction for arrhythmogenic ventricular premature heats orally; the control group takes steady heart granules. There are two treatment courses in all on a three-week-a-course basis. Then, we study the three important factors such as Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, ECG and treatment results. Conclusion： The results of both groups can improve arrhythmogenie ventrieutar premature beats, but the curative effect of Chinese native medicine formula for arrhythmogenie ventrieular premature beats is better than that of steady heart granules （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
