某高校职工血脂血糖检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的 了解高校在职职工血脂血糖异常分布状况，探讨高脂血症的危险因素，预防心脑血管病的发生。方法 用全自动生化分析仪检测508例患者及健康人血清中的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖并进行分析。结果 男女血脂异常检出率分别为36．2％、13．3％，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=32．68，p〈0．05）；男女血糖异常检出率为6．7％、2．4％，差异无统计学意义（χ^2=7．33，p〉0．05）,～30岁，～40岁，～50岁，～60岁各年龄段血脂异常检出率分别为3．2％，17．1％，33．1％，45．3％；血糖异常检出率分别为0，1.4％，4．4％，8．5％。结论 在职职工血脂、血糖异常发生率随着年龄的增长而增高；血脂异常检出率男性较女性尤为显著，血糖异常检出率两性无显著差别。提示应对高校在职职工定期进行血脂血糖检测。Objective To understand abnormal distribution of blood fat and blood sugar in the incumbency staffs of university, discuss the dangerous factor of hyperlimia and prevent the occurrence of cardio-cerebral hematangionosus, Method the total cholesterin, triglyceride and blood sugar were measured by using auto-biochemical analysis meter and analyzed. Results The men and women blood grease inspects up out rates extraordinarily are 36.2%, 13.3% respectively （χ^2= 32.68, p〈0.05）, men and women blood sugar inspects up out rates extraordinarily are 6.7%, 2.4 %respectively （χ^2=7.33, p〉0.05）. The blood grease occurrence rates parts for the abnormal age group including ～30-year-old, ～40-year-old, -50-year-old, ～60-year-old are 3.2 %, 17.1%, 33. 1 %, 45.3% respectively, blood sugar inspeets up out rates extraordinarily are 0, 1.4%, 4.4%, 8. 5% respectively. Conclusion The blood fat and blood sugar abnormal relevance ratio of the incumbency staff increases with the age. The blood fat abnormal relevance ratio of men was obvious higher than that of women. The blood sugar abnormal relevance ratio of women and men was not obvious difference. These show that the periodical examination of blood fat and blood sugar is necessary for the incumbency staffs of university.
