摘  要:用RAPD技术对尼科巴弓背蚁5个巢穴的DNA样品进行分析,15个RAPD引物共检测到61个位点,每个引物产生2~7个位点,其中23个为多态位点,占37.70%,Nei's基因多样性指数H为0.122 0,Shannon多态性信息指数I为0.185 8.地域之间遗传相似性系数S的变化在0.851 5~0.948 5,遗传距离指数D的变化为0.051 6~0.160 3,用NTSYSpc 2.10软件包中的UPGMA法进行聚类分析.结果表明,5个不同巢穴间的尼科巴弓背蚁亲缘关系与地理距离相吻合.The Genetic diversity and phylogenesis of Camponotus nicobarensis Mayr from five different nests were analyzed by Random Amplified Poly-morphic DNAs (RAPD) technique. 61 RAPD markers were obtained, which were amplified by 15 random declainer primers. Among them, 23 marker with 37.70% polymorphisms were detected. The results indicate that the Nei's gene divesity (H), and Shannon's information index(I) was 0. 122 0 and 0. 185 8,respectively. And the genetic distance among which was varied from 0. 851 5-0. 948 5,with distance coefficient between 0. 051 6-0. 160 3. Based on genetic distance and geneticsimilarity,molecular phylogenetic tree of Camponotus nicobarensis Mayr has been constructed by using UPGMA method. The results showed that genetic relationship of 5 populations of Camponotus nicobarensis Mayr correspond to geographic distance.
