摘　　要：采用了新的模拟模块的设计方法,可以高效地实现MMU设计所要求的快速建立虚拟地址和物理地址映射的功能,并且该方法在缩小MMU面积上和缩短设计流程上有所创新,比较同类其他设计方法在性能上要优越得多,并给出了该设计方法在某公司的C340项目的应用实例.This paper uses a new way which is used in the design of analog module to design the digital module. This module can realize the function of which set up the match of virtual address and physical address, and also give a new way in which reduce the area of MMU and shorten the period of design. This new way is much better than others. This paper also gives an example of CAM architecture in C340 project in some company.
