摘  要:德豆99-16是山东省德州市农科院于1997年以美国“黄沙大豆”为亲本材料,利用激光辐射诱变技术选育出的高产、稳产、优质、多抗、适应性强的大豆新品种。我们采用混合正交设计方法,对德豆99-16进行系统的研究,基本上弄清德豆99-16的适宜栽培条件,即栽培密度1.5万株/667m2;施磷量33.35 kg/667m2;施氮量22.23 kg/667m2;分枝期施肥;分枝期喷助壮素;开花期打顶。Dedou99- 16 was bred from mutant progeny of "soybean Huangsha", which was treatmented by laser irradiation in 1997. The breeding work was finished by Dezhou academy of agriculture science. The new variety has the characters of high - stable yield, good quality, multiple resistance and wide adaptability. Dedou 99 - 16 was systemically studied by using the method of mixed orthogonal array. It makes the cultivation technology of Dedou 99 - 16 clear. Cultivation density is 15 thousand plants per 667 square meters, nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer are respectively 22.23 and 33.35 kg per 667 square meters. Fertilizers and DPC are applied at branching stage and topping is at flowering stage.
