摘 要:建立了模拟连铸中间包底吹氩流动过程的水模型.通过测定分析水模型的RTD(停留时间分布)曲线研究了吹气流量、吹气位置及控流元件对中间包内流动特性的影响规律,并对此进行优化.结果表明:条形透气梁安放位置对中间包内的流动特性影响最为显著,均匀开孔的多孔挡墙和条形透气梁喷吹氩气二者的配合使用能获得理想的流动特性.In the present study, water modeling was carried out to study the effects of gas flowrate, bubbling position and flow control devices on the fluid flow behavior in a tundish with bottom argon bubbling, by measuring and analyzing the RTD ( Resident Time Distribution) curves, and the parameters for bubbling were optimized. The results show that the position of the porous beam for gas injection has a significant influence on the flow in tundish, and the combination of baffle with uniform holes and porous beam can obtain reasonable flow in tundish, which is favourable to inclusion floatation.
