摘　　要：针对有线电视网络面临的形势与现状，阐述有线电视网络改造的目的和思路，以及网络改造的技术选择。对Cable Modem接入、局域网接入、EPON接入等几种主要技术进行了优劣分析，指出目前广电有线电视网络可以采用FTTB的EPON＋LAN方案，实现语音、数据、视频等综合业务，促进网络改造跨越式的发展。Aiming at the current state of CATV network, the paper expounds the purpose and idea of the reconstruction of CATV network and the technology choosing. It analizes the merits and drawbacks of the main technologies, such as Cable Modem access, LAN access and EPON access etc. And also this paper presents that CATV network could adapt EPON ＋ LAN scheme of FrlTB to realize audio, data and vedio services and help the network reconstruction to develop.
