摘  要:目的测定慢性心力衰竭患者血脑钠肽(BNP)水平以及血流调节的血管舒张反应(FMD)。方法用荧光免疫法测定血浆BNP水平,用心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测定左室功能以及肱动脉血流调节的扩血管反应(FMD)。结果BNP水平随着心功能分级(NYHA)程度的加重而显著增加,其与左室射血分数(LVEF)呈负相关(γ=-0.33,P<0.05)。FMD随心力衰竭严重程度的增加而下降,其与左室射血分数(LVEF)呈正相关(γ=0.51,P<0.05)。BNP与FMD在心衰患者中并未显示出相关性。结论BNP和FMD均能较好地反映慢性心衰患者的左室功能状态(LVEF)。Objective To determination the level of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and flow - mediated vasodilation (FMD) in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods BNP levels were measured by immuno- fluorescence assay. Color doppler echocardiography was performed to measure the left ventricular function and FMD. Results BNP levels increased with increment of degree of severity of heart failure according to the NYHA classification,and this was negatively correlated with left ventitular ejection fraction( γ= - 0.33, P 〈 0.05 ). Meanwhile, FMD value decreased with increment of degree of severity of heart failure , and this was positive correlated with left venticular ejection fraction ( γ= 0.51, P 〈 0.05). However, no correlation was found between FMD and BNP levels. Conclusion BNP levels and FMD shuld reflected the left ventricular function in chronic heart failure patients.
