摘　　要：根据多年的生产经验,对S-NPK生产转化部分反应槽及其搅拌器的选型,转化的工艺条件,中和造粒常见流程优缺点,如何提高干燥机的热效率,转化、造粒、干燥、冷却尾气的净化装置配置等问题进行了讨论,并提出一些有益的建议。By productive experience, S-based NPK production is discussed on the selections of reactor and agitator type, conversion conditions, the comparison of popular processes of neutralization and granulation, how to improve heat efficiency of the dryer, the establishment of the equipment such as converter, granulator, dryer as well as the purifier of the cooled vent gas and finally, a few proposals are made.
