摘　　要：正确地选择防水施工方案是治理地下防水混凝土大面积渗漏问题的关键。对“江南大厦”原有地下室渗漏的治理,采用水性聚氨酯注浆堵漏和“赛柏斯”(XYPEX)大面积涂刷的综合方案比较理想。其施工工艺简便,防水效果可靠,且综合费用较低。In order to protect the underground waterproof concrete fi-om large leakage,the key point is to choose the right waterproof construction project. The combination methods of grouting and leakage-preventing with water-soluble polyurethane,and brushing largely with XYPEX were used in the basement of Jiang-Nan Mansion.The results show that it is easy, dependability and the total expenses is low.
