摘 要:在室内用不同桉树品种叶片分别饲养同安钮夜蛾(Anua indiscrim inataMoore)幼虫,并测定它们叶片内的化学物质。结果表明,在供试的桉树品种中,尾叶桉U6比尾巨桉更适合其生长发育的需要;可溶性总糖和还原糖含量越高、总酚含量越低的桉树品种越易受同安钮夜蛾为害。此外,其它如叶片内水、淀粉、蛋白质、游离氨基酸、单宁含量与同安钮夜蛾幼虫嗜好程度之间没有明显的相关性。The larvae of Anua indiscriminata Moore were fed with the leaves of different eucalyptus varieties respectively and tbe chemical substances in tbeir leaves were assayed in the laboratory. The results sbowed that the leaves of Eucalyptus urophylla S. T. Blade U6 clone were more suitable than those of E. urophylla×E. grandis as the larval food; the contents of dissoluble total sugar and reduction sugar were positively correlated with the leaf consumption of the larvae, and the contents of total hydroxybenzene had a negative correlation with the leaf consumption. The contents of water, amylum, protein, amino acids, tannin had no significant connection with leaf consumption.
