摘　　要：详细介绍了可中断负荷合同、可中断电价、可中断负荷市场运营、在阻塞管理中应用等方面的研究情况,指出了我国可中断负荷实施中存在的观念、设备和机制,提出可中断负荷的重点研究方向为:制定一套切实可行的激励机制;研究一种简单实用的竞价规则;可中断负荷购买的建模问题等。In this paper, a comprehensive literature survey is carried out, such as the interruptible load （IL） contract, the interruption cost, the market operation of IL and the application of IL to congestion management. The obstacles of conception ,equipment and mechanism of IL are presented. The problems to be urgently studied which including a incentive interruptible load mechanism, a simple biding rule and the model of interruptible load buying are proposed.
