摘　　要：为提高三维编织机的自动化水平,在其控制系统中采用了AS-49PC-4运动控制卡设计了“PC+运动控制卡”控制方案.详细介绍了AS-49PC-4运动控制卡与驱动器和步进电机的连接及控制电机的具体实现.实践表明,使用此方案,可缩短系统的开发周期,提高插补精度,降低编织出错率.In order to improve automated standard of the 3D braiding machine, AS-49PC-4 moving control card is applied to the computer control system and ＂PC ＋ controller＂ plan is designed. The connecting AS-49PC-4 controller with drivers and step-motors and control for the step-motor are described in detail. Practices prove that applying this design to the control system, the developed periods is shortened, precision of interpolation is improved, the braiding error is decreased effectively.
