摘 要:采用组织化学的方法对虾夷扇贝从卵细胞到D形面盘幼虫内的酯酶(NSE)和过氧化物酶(POD)进行定性定位研究。试验结果表明,NSE和POD均广泛存在于虾夷扇贝的胚胎和幼虫中,自卵细胞开始就已存在。从卵细胞到原肠胚均呈比较均一的NSE强阳性或POD阳性。在担轮幼虫期,中央的内脏团原基呈NSE极强阳性或POD强阳性,其余细胞则呈NSE强阳性或POD阳性。D形面盘幼虫期,外套膜和内脏团呈NSE极强阳性或POD强阳性,其余部位则呈NSE强阳性或POD弱阳性。The non-special esterase (NSE) and the peroxidase (POD) were studied in the embryo and early larva of scallop Patlnopecten yessoensis by histochemical localization method. The results showed that both NSE and POD existed in the egg, embryo or early larva of the scallop. The distribution of NSE and POD were relatively even in the embryo from the oocyte to the gastrula and the embryo showed very strong positive NSE and positive POD. The cells in the centre of the trochophore showed very strong positive NSE and strong positive POD. Most of the NSE and POD was located on the margin of mantle and visceral mass in veliger larvae.
