摘 要:用32P示踪法研究了黄花菜对磷的吸收、分配与变化规律。结果表明,植株对32P吸收量为秋苗期>春苗期>抽薹期>盛蕾期>抽薹前期。吸收的磷大多分布于根系,叶片中含量很少。纤细根是吸收无机磷并将其转化为酸溶性磷的主要器官。在黄花菜分株移栽时,保留部分纺锤根和不同生长期增施磷肥。The characteristics of absorption and fluctuation of 32 P-labelled phosphorus in day-lily were investigated. The results showed that the content of 32 P absorbed by the whole plant had an increasing tendency successively from the fall-seedling stage to the spring-seedling stage, to the bolting stage, to the flower bud stage and to the early bolting stage. Most of the sbsorbed phosphorus gathered at the roots while a little of it in the leaves. The tiny roots was the main organ which absorbed inorganic phosphorus and then converted it into acid soluble phosphorus. It was also found that retaining the fleshy roots partially during transplanting and supplementing phosphate fertilizer at different growing stages could greatly help the production of day-lily.
