摘  要:以不结球白菜ogura萝卜胞质不育系和改良萝卜胞质不育系为不育源,向中八叶乌塌菜转育,对萝卜胞质中八叶乌塌菜雄性不育系进行了回交转育速度的研究。研究结果表明,中八叶乌塌菜各回交后代不育株率和不育度均表现为100%,不育系在回交二代时外部形态接近轮回亲本。ogura不育系心叶黄化,生育周期长,限制其转化速度;改良不育系从外部形态上接近轮回亲本,但是随着回交世代的增加衰退现象较为严重。Ogura CMS and improved CMS of non-heading Chinese cabbage was being used as a source of male sterility which was transferred to Wu Ta Tsai. The experiment has been systematically investigated on the backcross transfer speed. The results had been showed that male sterile lines has 100 percent rate for both the sterile plant and sterile degree in the different backcross generation. The exterior characters had been showed to be similar to recurrent parents in BC2. Ogura CMS was associated with suppressed nectary development, low temperature chlorophyll deficiency and long growth period. Improved CMS line of Wu Ta Tsai was similar to its recurrent parent in economic traits with backcross generation, but it has severe selfed depression.
