锦团石竹离体培养成花的研究

摘　　要：以锦团石竹无顶芽茎段进行离体培养。结果表明，锦团石竹的成花率与生根率有关。在添加０．０１～１．００ｍｇ／ＬＩＢＡ的培养基上，生根率和成花率均随ＩＢＡ浓度提高而提高。添加ＢＡ抑制了根的形成，成花率也随之降低。在光照１４ｈ／ｄ，２５℃条件下培养，花芽形成快。The stems, with top buds removed, of Dianthus Chinensis var. haddewigii Regel were in vitro cultivated. The results show that the flowering percentage in correlated with the stems which are able to root. The ratio of the flowering stems and the ratio of the rooting stems both increase with the increase of IBA concentration in the medium. BA houmone inhibits the rooting of the cultivated stems. Accordingly, the numbers of flowering stems decrease. Under the conditions of 25℃ and 14 hours lighting/day, the stems develop flower buds more easily and the flower buds bloom normally.
