摘　　要：】柑桔粉虱座壳孢菌ＡｓｃｈｅｒｓｏｎｉａａｌｅｒｙｏｄｉｓＷｅｂｂｅｒ可在１０℃～３２℃下生长和产孢，２０℃～２５℃为最适生长温度。分生孢子萌发温度为５℃～３０℃，而以２０℃～３０℃萌发较好。Ａ．ａｌｅｒｙｏｄｉｓ在ｐＨ３～１０之间都可生长，ｐＨ６～７时最适于菌丝生长及产孢。在ＰＤＡ，ＰＳＡ培养基上生长快，产孢量大。该菌在桔园内可存活１５个月，在室内常温下可存活１７个月。A study was made of the biology of the entomonogenous fungus Aschersonia aleryoidis Webber, which parasitizes the whitefly Dialerurodes citri Ashmeat. The fungus was found to be able to grow and produce spores at 10℃～32℃, with 20℃～25℃ being the optimun temperature. The temperature for germination of its conidia ranged from 5℃ to 30℃, with 20℃～30℃ being the optimum. Ths range of pH for mycelium growth and sporulation was pH 3～10, pH 6～7 being the optimum. Quicker growth and more sporulation were observed on PDA and PSA than on other media tested. The fungus lasted 15 months in citrus orchards, 17 months at room temperature under laboratory conditions and 28 months at 0℃.
