摘 要:于小麦乳熟期,在四川雅安、绵阳两地对绵阳、川麦、川育和绵农等26个品种,进行了条锈病感病程度调查。结果表明,绵阳26号侵染系数最小,即抗耐病性突出,可作为主推品种。本文还讨论了自然发病圃与生理小种接种发病圃对指导生产的特点,并推荐了一批可供选择的抗耐病性好的品种。Under the conditions of severe development of stripe rust of wheat (Puccinia striiformis Weat.) resulting from the changes in new physiological race components, the infecting degrees of 26 wheat varieties including Mianyang, Chuanmai, Chuanyu and Miannong were investigated in the two prefectures of Yaan and Mianyang of Sichuan at the milking stage of the plants (Apr. 27 th to May 7 th). The coefficient of infection (I) and disease index (D) were used for the measurement. Mianyang 26 appeared to be the most resistant variety with the lowest I and D in the study and thus is recommended to be used as the leading variety in commercial wheat cultivation in Sichuan. The significance of natural nurseries and inoculaton nurseries of wheat stripe rust are discussed. Being sensitive and easy to handle, the parameter I is recommended for the comparison of disease resistance in wheat varieties.
