摘  要:在硫酸酸性介质条件下,Ce(IV)可氧化N-乙酰半胱氨酸,产生微弱化学发光,而荧光染料罗丹明6G对该化学发光有显著的增强作用,基于此现象建立了流动注射化学发光测定N-乙酰半胱氨酸的新方法。对影响流动注射化学发光的各因素进行了实验研究,优化了反应条件和各项测定参数。其结果表明,在优化条件下,N-乙酰半胱氨酸在1.0×10-8-2.0×10-6g.mL-1的范围内,其化学发光强度与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5.1×10-9g.mL-1(3σ),相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.5%(5.0×10-8g.mL-1,n=9)。该方法成功用于药物制剂中N-乙酰半胱氨酸的测定。A flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of N-acetylcysteine was established in the present work. The method was based on the chemiluminescence (CL) reaction of N-acetylcysteine with Ce (Ⅳ) in the sulfuric acid medium, sensitized by the fluorescent dye rhodamine 6G. The experimental parameters influencing the CL intensity were investigated in detail. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the CL emission intensity was linear with the concentration in the range of 1. 0 × 10^8× 2. 0 ^-6g · mL^-1( r = 0. 997), and the detection limit was 5. 1× 10^-9g · mL^-1(3σ). The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.5% for 5.0· 10^-8 g· mL^-1 N-acetylcysteine ( n = 9 ). The method was successfully applied to the determination of N -acetylcysteine in pharmaceutical preparations.
