摘　　要：近年来,我国房地产中介组织快速发展中暴露出来的盲目无序、缺乏诚信等问题,需要在认真分析其产生的经济社会环境、企业运营制度、政府监管体制等方面原因的基础上,采取多管齐下的措施进行综合治理。The development of real estate brokerage organization is along with the growth of real estate industry. There＇ re some problems in the process of development such as disorder and absence of credibility. Based on analyzing the main reasons of these phenomena from the views of economic social environment, enterprise operation system and government supervision system, this paper puts forward some countermeasures.
